Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation before the muhurtham
Cancel at least 12 hours before your scheduled puja slot for a full refund of the service fee. GST already remitted is refunded along with the principal amount.
Free rescheduling
Rescheduling is always free when requested at least 12 hours before the slot. Share your booking ID with the devotee care desk.
Late cancellation
Between 12 hours and the start of the ritual, 50% of the service fee is refunded — the balance covers the archaka dakshina and temple arrangements already committed.
After the ritual has begun
Once the sankalpam has been recited and the live puja has started, the booking cannot be refunded. If the stream fails from our side, the puja is re-performed free of cost or fully refunded.
Samagri kits
Physical samagri kits can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. After dispatch, only damaged or incorrect items are replaced, on report within 48 hours of delivery.
Astrology reports & consultations
Digital reports are generated instantly and are non-refundable once delivered. Duplicate or failed payments are refunded in full.
Seva, Annadanam & Go-Seva donations
Donations are utilised on the same day and are non-refundable, except for duplicate or accidental transactions reported within 24 hours.
Refund timelines
Approved refunds are initiated within 3 working days and reach the original payment method in 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
